#1 Gondola ride
The most obvious and cliché picture spot might be the gondola ride. A gondola ride of 30 minutes is 80€ for a boat of 6 people before sunset and after sunset 100€. I’d recommend to take a less crowded gondola tour since it can get really busy in those tiny canals.

#2 Ruga dei Oresi
If you want to take a picture of the Rialto bridge it doesn’t make sense to stand on it. To get the best picture of it, go to the marked spot near Ruga dei Oresi.
#3 Ponte dei Pignoli
There are plenty beautiful bridges to take a picture. But this tiny bridge is next to a platform so you can get a straight perspective picture with the whole bridge and you on it.

#4 Riva degli Schiavoni
If you reach Piazza San Marco, walk straight towards the water. There are plenty photo spots for a pretty shot.

#5 Piazza San Marco
Most of the time this is very crowded, but if you’re early you can still get a great shot.

#6 Libreria Acqua Alta
This is a book store with 2 great picture spots. It can be really crowded, depending on the time you’re going.
#7 Get lost
I can almost guarantee you, that you’re going to get lost. Venice is a maze. Not even my phone navigation worked there, for whatever reason. But if there’s a city it is worth go get lost in, it’s Venice. There are so many hidden spots and great picture opportunities. Just enjoy the unplanned lost trip.
